Day 1 : From Tangier to Chefchaouen

This tour from Tangier to Chefchaouen starts at 8:00 AM when a driver picks you up at your accommodation in Tangier. You will drive along the coast, passing by beautiful views of Gibraltar. Then, you will see Ceuta, a Spanish area within Morocco. After that, you will reach Martil, a popular beach spot. Next, you will reach Tetouan, known as the white dove, and explore its small, old medina. There is a statue of a dove representing Tetouan on a roundabout. Then, the tour will take you to the serene Akchour waterfalls, a favorite spot for locals to relax. You can hike to different parts of the waterfalls, some suitable for swimming, spend a night in Akchour and another in Chefchaouen.

Day 2 : From Chefchaouen to Tangier

On the second day, you will visit Chefchaouen, a charming town famous for its blue and white painted buildings. Its history is linked to the Jewish and Moorish communities. You can hike in the Rif Mountains to watch the sunrise and explore the city. There is a river called Ras El Ma that originates at the Akchour waterfalls. The Kasbah Ethnographic Museum offers information about the region and you will find a small art gallery and gardens. The square, Place Outa El Hamam, is a central spot with restaurants and cafes, where locals enjoy music. The 2-day tour from Tangier to Chefchaouen concludes in the afternoon, back in Tangier.
